REVISION POLICY
We aim to provide our customers with nothing but the best. Therefore, we offer revisions until you're satisfied with the results. The number of revisions available is based on the package you have. You are provided with as many revisions as mentioned in the package details. There are no additional charges if the design concepts are kept unchanged, and you will receive your revised design in 48 hours.
After finalizing the logo design, any request for revisions will be considered a new order and would have separate charges.
REFUND POLICY
Geeks Logicity refund policy will not be applicable if:
1. You have selected a special package.
2. The central design concept has been approved.
3. You have requested revisions.
4. You have cancelled the deal because of reasons unrelated to our company.
5. You fail to reach out to us for more than two weeks, violating our policies.
6. The same project is given to another company or designer.
7. A total change of design is requested.
8. The deadline for the refund policy has passed.
9. Cancellation due to personal reasons will not be entertained and will not be subject to a refund.
Suppose a client selects a particular service and is not satisfied with it. The refund will only apply to that service and 'not' the entire package.
We will offer no refunds after 7 days of the purchase. SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Hosting, Logo copyrights, and a few other services would not be subject to a refund.
If a client demands a refund for a website, it will not be applicable if the design has been approved and sent to the development department. Similarly, no refunds will be offered after the finalization of logo designs.
For instance,
if a client requires us to work on developing their existing website or application, and we do not have access to all the previous links or files used to make the website or App, we might take some additional days to fix things and make changes. If the client asks for a refund, it would not be possible in such a case. However, as we value our clients, we offer a refund if they request a refund within four days, then we will process their request and refund them their money after deducting the cost of our labour. Similarly, if there are any issues in the website or App features due to previous development, we will not be held accountable and will not refund you.
However, a partial refund of not more than 25% will be available if the client cannot brief us on the logo and website designs 10days after placing the order.

We will process your request after the critical analysis as soon as we receive your refund request.
After the refund, you will not have any rights over Geeks Logicity's designs. To maintain legality, the information will be submitted by us to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies.
If you are eligible and have applied for REFUND you will receive it in 2 installments. 50% will be refunded within 12 to 15 working days and other 50% will be refunded next month.

DELIVERY POLICY
You will receive the complete order on the agreed-upon date. We will send your package to your mentioned account, and you will also receive an email to confirm your order.
The minimum time for the turnaround is 2 business days, and it also depends on the package you select.

Geeks Logicity will not be accountable for any communication via any other platform other than "….@GeeksLogicity.com".
We will not be held responsible for contact details that have been not provided through us.
We will apply project activation charges if you fail to respond 45 days after placing your order.
We also take full responsibility for any information leaked through our sources.
